Delivery and service terms
A service has to say what arrives, when, and what would stop it arriving. Each item below carries its status, so what is settled and what still waits on you can be seen before the wording is read.
Who this agreement is with
Ivan Krupa trading as Cereals MarketingAn individual trading under a business name in the United Kingdom. Not a company: there is no company number.36 Chatsworth Ave, Shanklin PO37 7NZcereals.marketinginfo@cereals.marketingLast updated: 15 September 2026. A later version applies to orders placed after it is published; your order is governed by the version in force on the day it was confirmed.
How to read the boxes
Every line below is one item of the checklist, and its status is the item itself, not a comment on it. Reading down the boxes tells you what sort of item each one is before you read a word of the wording.
- Agreed10 itemsSettled in this contract. It applies to your order as written here.
- Your right1 itemThe law gives you this. Nothing on this site takes it away or shortens it.
- Not included2 itemsOutside what the fee buys. Said here so that it is never a surprise later.
- Needs you2 itemsThe review cannot start, finish or be judged until you have done this part.
What is delivered, and how
AgreedOne file arrives, holding two things: the pre-launch checklist, with a status on every line, and the findings, each with the page it is on, what is wrong and a priority of "Fix before launch", "Worth doing" or "Check with you".
It is sent by email, or by a link to download it if it is too large for an inbox. A download link stays valid for 30 days, and a fresh one is sent free of charge if you ask inside the period set out in the item on how long things are kept. Nothing is posted, and there is nothing to collect.
The report is printed in full on the page about the review, so you can see the shape of it before buying rather than afterwards.
When the turnaround starts
AgreedThe turnaround starts at the later of two moments: the payment clearing, and everything needed to start reaching me. That means the agreed page list, the address, and, where the site sits behind a password or a holding page, a way past it: a preview link carrying its own token, or a temporary viewer-level account.
Access details are not to be sent in the body of an ordinary email. Use a one-time secret link that destroys itself once read, a password manager's share function, or two separate routes for the username and the password. How that access is handled afterwards is in the Terms and in the Privacy page.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays in England. A review confirmed on a Friday afternoon starts counting on the Monday.
The three turnarounds
Agreed- Small Site Launch Review, £120 per project: 2 working days.
- Business Site Launch Review, £230 per project: 3-4 working days.
- Extended Launch Review, £390 per project: 5-6 working days.
These are the same figures as on the packages page, because both are printed from the same list. If a turnaround cannot be met you are told before the work is agreed, not after the date has passed.
If nothing arrives
AgreedIf the report has not arrived by the end of the turnaround, write to info@cereals.marketing and you will be told where it stands the same working day.
If it still has not arrived within a reasonable time after that, you may end the agreement in writing and everything you have paid is returned in full. That is a term of this contract, given because a review that misses your launch date is worth nothing to you.
Separately from that term, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you remedies where a service has not been carried out with reasonable care and skill: the service performed again, and, where that is impossible or is not done within a reasonable time, a reduction in price. Those are set out in the item on the standard the work is held to.
What is reviewed: the agreed list, and only that
Needs youThe pages reviewed are the pages on the agreed list, and no others. The list is written into the confirmation before the work starts, with one address per line.
That is a protection for both of us: it is what the price is set against, and it is the only way the report can be checked afterwards against what was promised. A page found later, however tempting, is quoted rather than added quietly.
Keeping the pages reachable
Needs youThe pages have to be reachable throughout the working days of the review. If they go behind a password, a holding page or a maintenance screen, the review stops there.
In that case you are told at once, and the turnaround pauses from that moment and starts again when the pages can be opened. Nothing extra is charged for the pause. If the pages have not come back within 30 days, the review is treated as ended and what has been done is reported and charged proportionately.
If the site changes during the review
AgreedA site that changes while it is being read makes a report that cannot be trusted. Please leave the agreed pages as they are for the working days of the review, or tell me and the review is rescheduled.
Where a change is spotted mid-review, the report says which pages were seen on which day, and anything already written that the change has overtaken is marked as such rather than quietly deleted.
The repeat review
AgreedA repeat review is part of the Extended Launch Review and of no other package. It is one pass over the findings list, item by item, saying for each whether the fix now holds.
In the Extended Launch Review it is taken within 30 days of the first report, on the same agreed pages. It is not a second full review: pages rebuilt since, and pages added since, are outside it and are quoted separately.
Repairs are not part of delivery
Not includedNothing on your site is changed. No file is edited, no setting is altered, no content is corrected, and no login to your hosting or content management system is asked for, because none is needed.
Putting the findings right is a separate job. It is done by whoever built the site, or quoted separately as a different piece of work. It is in no package and no fee on this site covers it.
No promise that everything has been found
Not includedA review is one person opening the agreed pages at one moment, in the browsers and at the widths the package covers. What is delivered is that review, carried out with reasonable care and skill, and an honest account of what it found.
It is not, and is not sold as, a promise that the site is faultless, that every fault has been found, or that nothing will go wrong at launch. No certificate, badge or approval is issued, because none would be worth anything.
Currency, price and payment
AgreedPrices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are charged per project: Small Site Launch Review £120, Business Site Launch Review £230, Extended Launch Review £390. The figure confirmed to you is the total amount payable, and the whole of it is visible before you agree to anything.
Payment falls due after the written confirmation and before the review starts. The confirmation carries a payment link, and the amount asked for is the amount in it.
Payment is taken by Stripe, on a page Stripe hosts. Card details are entered there and never on this website, which has no basket and no card field on any page. They are never shown to me and never stored by me.
Tax on the price
AgreedThe figure in your written confirmation is the figure payable. No tax is added to it on the payment page or afterwards: the page asks for that figure and no other.
If the tax position of this business ever changes what a review costs, you are told the new figure and asked again before any money is taken.
How long your material and the report are kept
AgreedThe report and the notes behind it are kept for 12 months after the report is sent, so that a copy can be sent again free of charge if you lose it. After that they are deleted. Ask for them to go sooner and they go sooner.
The records behind the sale itself - what was ordered, what was paid - are kept for 6 years after the end of the tax year they fall in, because tax law requires it. The privacy page sets all of this out alongside everything else that is held.
The standard the work is held to
Your rightUnder the Consumer Rights Act 2015 a service must be carried out with reasonable care and skill. If a review was not, you may ask for it to be done again, and if that is impossible or is not done within a reasonable time, for a reduction in price.
Where the report is supplied as a digital file it must also be of satisfactory quality, as described and fit for a purpose you made known before buying. If it is not, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement, a price reduction or a refund. None of this can be signed away, and nothing on this site tries to.
If something is wrong with the report
AgreedIf the report has missed a page on the agreed list, or a check the package covers, say so within 14 days of receiving it and it is put right at no charge. That is a term of this contract and it is in addition to your statutory rights, not instead of them.
Complaints go to info@cereals.marketing or by post to Ivan Krupa trading as Cereals Marketing, 36 Chatsworth Ave, Shanklin PO37 7NZ. They are acknowledged within 5 working days and answered in full within 15. Cancelling and refunds are on the Refund and cancellation page.
